I’d reached a career cross-road and while I had some vague idea of where I wanted to be, I was unsure how to get there. Cue Kerry from Springboard Coaching! We discussed my values and goals, my current situation and what I really didn’t want in the future. I was keen to become a senior manager in a medium to large organisation, dealing with profit and loss, people management and growth responsibility.
