Individual Coaching

“Someone can ponder a long time before getting active. Individual Coaching will activate you to push through and become the person you want.”

Pascal

Life is too short to get stuck in limiting or self-sabotaging behaviours.

Looking to change something or discover hidden potential, many people, both individually and as part of an organisation, choose coaching as a way to identify possible blocks to their personal and professional development.

At Springboard Coaching, Kerry, as a non-critical and non-judgmental guide, supports clients in a holistic manner to deal with whole life situations.

Identifying and breaking down the barriers creating personal or career limitations, Kerry provides the tools for exploring and developing each clients individual strengths and capacity for sustained change in key areas, for a fulfilling and successful future.

Kerry’s individual coaching relationship is designed to facilitate personal growth and increase self-awareness, empowering each client to identify specific goals, establish motivation, sustain momentum, improve performance, overcome setbacks and effectively problem solve.

The benefits of Springboard Coaching’s future and solution based programmes include:

  • A clear focus on personal priorities from a professional development and organisational perspective.
  • The identification of each client’s unique strengths, along with any potential impediments to performance.
  • Comprehensive and interactive plans for setting, actioning and measuring development goals.
  • Enhanced skills in recognised areas of personal development and effective leadership.

I initially contacted Kerry from Springboard Coaching to help me to develop strategies to lead my team better and raise my work profile at an Executive level. Kerry identified several key areas of potential improvement and development, including succession planning and staffing issues, delivery of significant projects, budget strategies, relationship building with my Executive Manager and staff empowerment. This seemed overwhelming at first, but by breaking them down into manageable chunks, I was able to prioritise, focus on the most immediate concerns and identify some quick ‘wins’. Kerry helped me come up with strategies and action plans for each area. It was all very ‘do-able’, with genuinely achievable outcomes that I could measure and more importantly, sustain. I can’t recommend coaching with Kerry any more highly – just do it!
